i want to thank the reception office lady Marian she is so professional and has excellent customer service . she helped me with the booking and was friendly .
The accessable room was spotless although really should be updated to a wet room instead of a bath the staff were friendly and helpful
Good Travelodge on M2 motorway. Easy to get to. A bit in need of a refurbishment and update. Good price though and good for getting to channel ports. Comfortable bed. Very nice service on Reception.

First time I was thinking double if to stop or not to this Hotel after I read some comments. But was the best choice, very good price (£60 for 2 nights 2 adult and 2 kids), clean and comfortable. It's not a luxury but is very helpful for 1 night or 2 nights and very good price.If you want luxury take £150 from your pocket for a night. Staff very helpful,we ask for more towels and we get without problem.
The hotel , staff, and location are good , but be warned that is is imperative to make sure hotel reception are fully aware of your vehicle details, reg number etc,as they employ one of those on site firms that will try and fine you for staying overnight ,we are currently fighting with a German company who is trying to fine us for staying 1 night, 19th last December!!! We received this attempted fraud 2 months after our December stay in February 2026, the attempted fine is still ongoing and as yet unresolved.
Rooms very basic and in need of an update but the beds comfy and the room quiet. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The car park fills up quickly and if you don't get a space you have to go to the pay carpark . But all the same it's a good price and location good for visiting the area.
Beside the M2. It is basically a bedroom. No other facilities. No bar or cafe. Just a vending machine. Parking can be tight. For the price paid it and what it offers it okay. Rooms clean and shower hot. Complimentary tea and instant coffee.
